FAQ
Heating & boiler questions
Do you handle boiler concerns as well as other heating systems?
Boiler troubleshooting and repair are part of our heating services, alongside heating diagnostics, maintenance, controls, and replacement planning. Tell us whether you have a boiler, furnace, heat pump, or another system. If you are not sure, choose that option in the guided request.
What if the heat works but the hot water does not?
Note which function is affected and whether your heating equipment also supplies hot water. The guided request records heat and hot-water symptoms separately, including a “not applicable” option. That context helps us understand the system before assessing it.
Does the $69 Fall Clean & Check include boilers?
No. The website-exclusive offer covers one residential furnace or heat pump, not a boiler. Boiler maintenance and repair requests are assessed separately; the proposed scope and estimate are discussed before work proceeds.
Does a heating problem mean the system needs replacing?
Not necessarily. The next step is to assess the equipment and the concern. Describe when the issue started, any visible error code, and whether some areas still receive heat. Repair and replacement options depend on what the assessment finds.
